Location: 218-220 Scott House, The Custard Factory, Gibb Street, Birmingham, B9 4AA
See Custard Factory directions and parking instructions here: http://www.custardfactory.co.uk/contact/
Travel by car: There are some free (but unmonitored) side streets such as Allcock street and Upper Trinity Street where you can park at your own risk. There are also pay-for (also own risk) car parks which you can use. One is next to the Custard Factory off High Street Deritend. Another is the Trinity Street Car Park off Heath Mill Lane.
Travel by public transport: It’s best to research what bus in your area will take you nearest to Digbeth. Moor Street Train station is slightly closer to the Custard Factory but Birmingham New Street train station is a lot more accessible and trains run more frequently.

Start times, punctuality and absence
We intend to start promptly at 09:30am and at 1.30pm.
In case of lateness or absence, you are expected to make contact with the TDM support team:
- email: email@example.com
- phone: 0333 10 100 40
Please note that your attendance and punctuality will be recorded and shared with your employer. It’s best to start planning your journey now!
On arrival, please present yourself at the Custard Factory reception, which is found opposite Tawny Gray’s Green Man: the imposing tree man at the centre of the site.
Inform the receptionist that you are “here to visit TDM for a training course”. They will call up to the TDM office and invite you to be seated to wait for a trainer to collect you.
You will be collected from reception at 9.25am for 9.30am and again, after lunch, at at 1.25pm for 1.30pm.
If you miss the collection, you will be marked as absent from the half-day session.
However, if you leave a message with TDM’s support team (as advised above), the trainer may collect you from reception at mid morning break (typically appx 11.00am-11.15am) OR at mid afternoon break (typically appx 3.00pm-3.15pm).
